-Yes, our products are formulated for all skin types.

● Do your products contain artificial fragrances or chemical preservatives?

-All Holifrog products are formulated without: Both natural and synthetic fragrances, parabens and phenoxyethanol; we use plant derived preservatives.

● What is your return policy?

-We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase on UNUSED / UNOPENED products only. HoliFrog has the right to deny approval of refund on any product they feel has been used.

● Can I cancel my order?

-You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Please email support@holifrog.com immediately. If your order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled or refunded until it's returned back in its original condition.

● How do I check the status of my order?

-To inquire on the status of your order, please go to www.holifrog.com, log into your account and choose “Order History” in the “My Account” page.

-You can also email support@holifrog.com with your order number and confirmation email and we will get back to you right away.

● I received a Damaged item, what should I do?

-Please email support@holifrog.com immediately with the photo of the damaged item and order # and we will take care of it.
