"Wow, I love this toner... I always put on before a workout to kill bacteria when I sweat. It's actually hydrating, but It kills bacteria and prevents breakouts for me. I can tell this because before using this, if I didn't wash my face for a log time after a workout I would notice random pimples. I squirt in my palm and then pat all over my face that way. There is no need to wash this off which is so cool to me. It keeps working while its on! So happy. Will definitely buy again!"
