PM: Massage onto dry face, neck, and chest in slow circular motions for at least 30 seconds. Focus around the eye area, lips, and anywhere makeup or SPF is concentrated. Add water to emulsify to a light milk. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Hydrating, melts makeup, but clings to skin somewhat
"Bought this because I love cleansing balms, but I hate traveling with a big tub and spatula. It's very hydrating and I feel like my dry winter skin has improved after using this. It removes all my eyeliner easily and is a great first step in a double cleanse. My gripe: it dissolves makeup but doesn't melt away when wet very easily. I noticed after drying my face that residue transferred to the towel, so now I use a gentle microfiber washcloth to ensure everything comes off, and that I'm not sleeping with a layer of makeup particles suspended in oil on my skin."
